Join us for a two-day conference focused on Food Systems, Community Health, and Well-Being.

Earn 13 continuing education (CE) hours for nurses while exploring important environmental and community health topics.
This conference is also open to Public and Community Health Educators interested in expanding their knowledge and bringing information back to the communities they serve.

The conference will be free, thanks to available funding. Space is limited to 50 participants.
